CollectSunny connects art lovers with the Caribbean’s most compelling voices through a handpicked range of prints. Our focus is on vibrant storytelling, originality, and making quality art accessible—whether you’re at home, in the office, or sharing a gallery wall with friends.

Where do you operate from?

Based in the Cayman Islands, we work alongside print partners to minimize shipping times and environmental impact. Our home base in the Caribbean informs every choice, from paper suppliers to packaging materials.

How do you curate artwork and collaborate with artists?

We select each work by partnering directly with Caribbean-based artists, galleries, and collectives. We work one-on-one to translate original paintings and sketches into prints respecting the artist’s intent while ensuring print quality. This collaborative process includes color proofs and fine-tuning to capture every nuance of the original piece.

Printing & Framing

What is giclée?

Giclée (pronounced "zhee-klay") is our premium fine art printing method. Using high-resolution inkjet printers and a palette of eight or more archival pigment inks, giclée captures every brushstroke and hue from the original artwork. This means you get vivid colors, subtle gradients, and incredible detail.

How are your prints made and what materials do you use?

Each print is produced on museum-quality, acid-free 100% cotton rag paper (300 gsm) designed for long-lasting durability. We use archival pigment inks that ensure the print's colors remain vibrant for decades. The printing process achieves exceptional color fidelity, capturing the full range of hues and details from the original artwork.

What framing choices are available and how does it work?

For a complete artwork experience, we offer fully assembled frames crafted from solid oak. Each frame is fitted with shatter-resistant plexiglass to protect the artwork from dust and light while maintaining a clear, refined finish.

Are any prints limited edition?

When we offer limited edition releases, each print is clearly marked with its edition size and accompanied by a numbered certificate of authenticity, making it a truly collectible piece.

Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship to destinations across the globe.

What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are sent via tracked courier services, and we select the carrier based on your destination to ensure dependable delivery with real-time tracking.

How will my print be packaged?

Unframed prints are carefully rolled in a protective waterproof sleeve and shipped in a sturdy tube. Framed prints are cushioned with eco-friendly padding and boxed to prevent damage in transit.

What are your delivery times?

All prints are shipped from the nearest fulfillment center to you, with a production lead time of 1–3 business days. After preparation, delivery times are as follows:

🇺🇸 United States: 2-3 business days

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–8 business days

🇪🇺 Europe: 5-8 business days

🌏 Rest of World: 5-8 business days

Are there customs or import duties?

Shipments to the US are duty-free. Other regions may have local import fees; please check with your customs office.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All our prints are made to order, which means once your order has been placed, it is automatically sent and processed by our printing team. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been received and processed.

If you need to update your shipping address, this can also be challenging once production begins. Please email hello@collectsunny.com as soon as possible with your order number and the following details, and we’ll do our best to see what we can arrange:

Can I use my CollectSunny gift card?

Yes, gift cards can be applied at checkout for full or partial payment. Gift cards never expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 100% Happy Guarantee! We want every artwork to arrive beautifully printed and ready to display. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is lost in transit, we’ll make it right.

We prioritize sending a replacement over issuing a refund whenever possible.

If your order is still in transit but within the standard delivery window, please allow it to arrive before submitting a claim.

We’re unable to issue refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or orders delivered but not retrieved. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries are not eligible for replacements.

Please contact hello@collectsunny.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the print and packaging.
